Eammon MatthewsFamiliar programmes, including BBC1's Question Time, will now be produced by Mentorn Barraclough Carey from offices in New Road.
Programme maker and administrative boss Eammon Matthews, said: "There were several good reasons for moving to Oxfordshire. It's within easy reach of London and, of course, it's very convenient to have all those authoritive experts nearby at Oxford University.
"On top of all that, Channel 4 have said that they now want 30 per cent of their productions to be made out of London, so we are expanding our regional activities."
The company makes documentaries and entertainment programmes including Robot Wars (BBC2); The Babymakers (C4) and Star for a Night (BBC1).
