Home Counties Premier League - weekend preview
Oxford & Horspath skipper Rupert Evans says his side's hopes of catching Henley at the top of Division 2 West are fading fast.
But while they still have a mathematical chance of doing so, Evans' men will keep up the chase.
Oxford have availability problems for tomorrow's trip to bottom club Wolverton, with Ben Thompson on holiday, Alan Kruger back in South Africa and Adam Krol also possibly away.
And with the club's reserve sides facing important games in the Cherwell League, Evans has had real headaches over who to bring in.
Evans admitted: "It's been one of our worst weeks in terms of availability, especially as we need a strong second team."
Oxford & Horspath (v Wolverton Tn, away, 11): from R Evans, Eason, I Evans, P Evans, Mustow, Plested, Jobson, Z Ahmed, Krol, Smith, Bishop, Gray, Cummings.
