Charity fundraisers Bryon and Jane Coleman want to return a lost purse to its owner.
They run a stall at a car boot sale in a field off Lord's Lane, Bicester, every Sunday, in aid of the kidney renal unit at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
On August 26, the couple, of Middleton Stoney, discovered a child had left a purse behind.
Their daughter, Maxine Pickup, who lives in Bicester, said: "My parents want to return the purse to the owner.
"There was not much money in it, but they know how children can be upset when they have lost something."
Mrs Pickup said her parents reported the purse as lost property to the sale organisers and the police.
She added: "No-one has claimed it.
"If someone believes the purse is their property they should ring my parents and describe it."
