CountrY and Western fans raised more than £900 for charity on Saturday.
The evening was organised at Sutton Courtenay Village Hall by Roy Smith, whose wife Doreen suffers with the muscle-wasting disease, in aid of the Association for Glycogen Storage Disease (AGSD).
He said: "I can't thank everyone who turned up enough for their support. Especially all the members of the Uffington, Didcot and Sutton Courtenay country music clubs. They were fantastic."
On the night Mr Smith, a fork-lift truck driver from Long Crendon, got his hair cut to raise further funds.
The money will go towards heart monitors for sufferers of Glycogen Storage Disease.
Mr Smith said: "My wife has to go for tests a lot of the time and each time they have to put a heart monitor on her."
