Striker Stuart Riddle is set to return to Oxford City's ranks for their Ryman Division 1 encounter against Walton & Hersham at Court Place Farm.
The 22-year-old striker was on trial at Rochdale last week, but the Nationwide League club decided against offering him a deal.
Meanwhile, Kiwi brothers Andy and Matt Silver, who spent time on trial with Oxford United earlier this season and have also been with Carlisle, played for City Reserves on Saturday in the 3-1 defeat at Hendon and are due to turn out again at Marlow tonight.
City manager Paul Lee said: "They have come over to try and make it in the pro game. They have been at United and Carlisle, but haven't been offered anything, so now we are looking at them."
Matt Silver, a striker who has played for New Zealand, scored City's goal on Saturday.
