A shop assistant suffered an injury to her arm trying to stop a thief at her Oxford shop.
The woman tried to prevent the man getting away with £20 from the Court Candy shop, in Woodstock Road, after he reached over and grabbed the money from the till.
The man had just made some purchases from the shop and left.
However, he returned minutes later at 4.30pm on Thursday.
The shop assistant was assaulted during the incident.
The man was described as white, about 5ft 7in, with a skinhead haircut and brown hair. He wore a beige 3/4 length jacket and jeans.
