Disabled drivers showed off their pony and trap skills in in front of the Princess Royal yesterday.
The Princess, as President of Riding for the Disabled Association, visited the Shifford Carriage Driving Group, which is based at Shifford Manor Farm, near Standlake.
The Princess, centre - pictured with, from left, Dougie Bishop, June Grimston, David Moores and Jan Bayliss - was an hour late as she drove herself to Standlake because of problems with the helicopter she was due to travel in.
The group was set up about 12 years ago up by sisters Eva Barker and Margaret Barker, of Ashtall Leigh, near Burford. They, and a group of volunteers, give driving lessons to disabled people from across Oxfordshire.
