Ardley recorded their fourth draw in six league games despite dominating much of the play.
Ross went ahead on six minutes after a defensive blunder, but Ardley were soon back on terms, with Richard Gardner converting a cross from Paul Wright.
Despite constant pressure, Ardley were unable to find another break- through.
