Carterton's young side made it seven goals in their last two games as London visitors Southall were undone by a superb passing display.
New signing John McMahon, who scored two against Henley in midweek, forced a fumble from goalkeeper Lavender to put Carterton ahead on 14 minutes.
And it was 3-0 before the break when Ady Holder whipped in a cross that defender Page turned into his own net. Within a minute, Holder lashed a 25-yard shot passed the helpless Southall goalkeeper.
With the wind behind them in the second half, Southall surged forward but were killed off when John Andrews made the opening for McMahon to hit a superb second goal from 20 yards.
