Raiders escaped with laptop computers worth £50,000 from an Oxfordshire firm.
Police said 50 computers were stolen from Research Machines at the Milton Business Park, near Abingdon, on Tuesday.
Phil Hemmings, director of corporate affairs, described it as a substantial haul by the raiders, at a busy time of the year. The laptops were taken from a store where nothing else was disturbed.
Earlier in the week, the company was among victims of the 'worm' virus - NIMDA - affecting computers.
