Banbury United are likely to know shortly what action the FA will take for playing Ben Milner while he was suspended.
But they also face a points deduction from the Dr Martens League as it is understood Milner played in the Eastern Division game against Corby while he was still banned.
On Monday, the FA rejected Banbury's appeal that neither the club nor Milner knew he was banned when he played in their 4-0 victory over Ware in the FA Cup first qualifying round.
