Organiser Sgt Andy Jones, pictured, below, with Warrant Officer Mark Roberts, collected prizes from more than 30 businesses in Bicester.
The raffle was meant to be part of the Big Brew event, a tea-drinking record attempt, which should have taken place at the Bicester Garrison base yesterday. It was cancelled for security reasons.
Mr Jones added: "I want to thank everyone for their support."
