Oxford United manager Mark Wright believes his team may have turned the corner after another strong and impressive display as they drew 0-0 at Kidderminster last night.
It was the U's second clean sheet in a row, and they were unlucky not to win the Division 3 match as they hit the post and had two other efforts cleared off the line.
Wright was especially pleased with the second-half performance when his side hardly gave the ball away at all and looked powerful at the back.
"I'm pleased with a point and yet we might have won it," Wright said. "We defended well and looked strong.
"The second half was the football we used to play and we want to play, and I thought it was a very strong team performance.
"I can't remember big Ian McCaldon making a save."
New £150,000 signing Paul Moody had a quieter gave than in Saturday's 2-0 win over Southend, when he scored, with the better chances falling to his striking partner Manny Omoyinmi.
