Photographer Marianna Winand chose to hold her first exhibition in her home town, documenting an exciting year in Mexico.
Marianna WinandMs Winand, 24, attended Wychwood School, Banbury Road, and studied Classics at Manchester University before pursuing a career in travel photography. Fever, at The Wiseman Gallery in South Parade, Summertown, Oxford, was inspired by the vibrant colours, music, sprawling cities, and smells of Central America.
She said: "I can't forget my first impressions: the hustle and bustle of the city streets, the potent smell of dried meat in the market, timeless villages, and a relaxed approach to life."
