Bed-and-breakfast accommodation is urgently needed for visitors from Didcot's French twin town of Meylan in south east France.
Forty people, including councillors, business leaders, representatives of community groups, and their partners, will be spending almost a week in the Didcot area - from October 31 until November 4.
Didcot Mayoress Anne Goff, vice chairman of the Didcot-Meylan Twinning Association, said: "An extensive programme of visits to places of interest and businesses in the area is being arranged.
"Our guests will also be in Didcot for the annual bonfire and fireworks display on Saturday, November 3."
Offers of accommodation should be made to Sue Greatbanks on 01235 835393.
The association is also recruiting new members.
