A man who plied a 13-year-old boy with alcohol before sexually abusing him has been jailed for three years.
Brian Marlow, 52, of Main Park, Carterton, admitted indecently assaulting the teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on June 11 this year.
Oxford Crown Court heard yesterday that Marlow gave the boy cider before screening a homosexual pornographic video. After the boy complained, Marlow put on heterosexual pornography.
Amanda Millmore, prosecuting, said Marlow followed the boy into a toilet and sexually assaulted him.
Jonathan Coode, defending, said Marlow did not accept he had restrained the boy or kissed him.
The court also heard that Marlow had been subjected to "the most serious imaginable" sexual abuse as a child.
Judge Christopher Compston said: "I fully accept that you are a damaged individual and this was only one offence. Having said that it was a very serious offence."
