Second World War Spitfire pilots are holding a reunion at RAF Benson, near Wallingford, on October 18.
The pilots were members of the Photographic Reconnaissance Unit, based at Benson from 1941, and flew unarmed planes on dangerous missions over Nazi-occupied Europe, taking pictures vital for intelligence work.
During the reunion, the pilots will see the RAF's newest aircraft, the Merlin Mk3 helicopter, and try a simulator used by today's trainee pilots.
