A Banbury supermarket has launched a drive to get beauty-conscious shoppers to check out its fresh fish counter.
A survey of 750 shoppers by supermarket chain Morrisons has revealed nine out of ten people are unaware of the beauty benefits of eating fish.
To coincide with National Seafood Week, which runs until tomorrow, Morrisons in Swan Close Road, Banbury, is labelling fish to tell customers about the essential oils and vitamins they contain.
Morrisons fish bar manager Paul Morbey said: "All seafood is packed with protein, vitamins and minerals, and many fish contain useful Omega-3 oils."
