FA Carlsberg Vase: Wallingford 4, Herne Bay 2
Wallingford booked their place in the next round after recovering from two down to beat third-placed Kent Senior League side Herne Bay 4-2.
Despite a string of attacks Wallingford could not make the breakthrough with Herne Bay taking the lead in only their second attack of the game, after a mistake in the home defence.
Herne Bay made it 2-0 before Wallingford's McKinney scored their first goal from the spot on 62 minutes.
Wallingford equalised through Andy Shildrick and less than a minute later, took the lead when Mick Mulvaney headed home.
It was clear that Herne Bay had the class to get back in the game if Wallingford let their guard slip.
Ten minutes from the end Wallingford were relieved when Green managed to block a goalbound effort on the line before the defence cleared the danger.
Deep into injury time, Wallingford made the game safe when Shildrick volleyed home to put them into round two.
