Mark Wright admits he fully expects to receive another touchline ban after he was dismissed before the end of Saturday's 1-0 home defeat by Scunthorpe, as he erupted against bungling ref Joseph Ross.
The match saw two United players sent off for the second Saturday in succession.
But a furious Wright says he will appeal against the red cards shown to Phil Bolland and Paul Moody and insisted that Mr Ross should not be officiating at Football League level.
The London referee, who made a series of errors throughout the match and appeared to lose control near the end, was the same referee who got it wrong when he sent off Rushden's Jim Rodwell at The Kassam Stadium last month for what was no more than a shoulder-to-shoulder challenge with Phil Gray.
The Oxford United manager admitted: "I deserved to get sent off for my comments to that man.
"He had those sorts of comments made to him when he refereed Rushden & Diamonds.
"The man should not even be refereeing in the Unibond League.
"Brian Laws is putting in the same sort of report as me and if the assessor doesn't back that up, then there's something seriously wrong with this game. He should not be on the field.
"Peter Beagrie tried to stamp on one of our players, the next thing Paul Moody stepped over, grabbed hold of him and tried to push him away.
"If that warrants a sending-off there's something seriously wrong with the game but that's him.
"Maybe he should be a schoolteacher because he's not seeing things right (as a referee). Maybe he should be refereeing kids in the Sunday League but even that would be harsh, and I mean that.
"Phil Bolland was chasing the player, who was running away square to the field. He went in for the tackle - it's a man's game and a contact sport.
"If it's from behind, we know what the law says, if it's really malicious and callous yes, that's a sending-off, but this wasn't.
"They'll have me, and fine me and touchline-ban me but it shouldn't even have got to that stage."
Wright said he could not believe that Mr Ross also booked Scott Guyett, which was Guyett's fifth yelow card of the season and means he will now be suspended.
"The referee booked Scott, who's now suspended, for 'argy-bargy'. Well, I don't get what 'argy-bargy' is, in a contact sport. And that was his term," Wright said.
"I am absolutely gob-smacked that this man, time and time again, is allowed to be out here.
