The owner of a Bicester horticultural firm said it has nothing to do with jailed drug dealer Brian Biggs.
Plantasia, at Brill View Farm, Piddington, near Bicester, is now solely owned by Biggs' son.
Benjamin Biggs, 25, said: "My father is no longer a partner. The legal paperwork was completed in February."
He said he also wanted to make sure people knew that he was not involved with the cannabis smuggling operation, which saw his father jailed last week.
And he added: "Plantasia is a legitimate business. I have been running it, working seven days a week without any involvement from my father."
The business property is owned by Biggs but his son said there was no chance that the farm would be sold to pay a court order.
Mr Biggs took over the business after his father was jailed on a previous drug conviction several years ago. He said: "It has been very difficult running a business, then to have this situation. But I'm committed to it."
Drug dealer Biggs was jailed for nearly four years on Thursday and ordered to forfeit £170,331.
