Bicester secured a comfortable 24-5 victory away to an overly physical Pennanians.
Pennanians scored first, but tries from centre Ed Maule, full back Chad Ward and Mark Nash, plus two conversions from Patrick Coogan, put Bicester 19-5 up at half-time.
The second half, a dour and at times ill-tempered affair, produced only one try, as Maule drew the covering home defenders to create the overlap for winger Rushworth to go over.
