ARNCOTT caused an upset in the Jersey Cup first round when they fought back from a goal down to win 2-1 away to Division 1 leaders Heyford Athletic, writes DAVID GREGORY.
Neil Falkner gave Heyford a 1-0 interval lead, but Terry Smith equalised with a 25-yard screamer and Nick Smith grabbed a late winner.
Abba Athletic pipped Hethe in a 4-3 thriller.
Spencer Belcher-Marks grabbed the winner for Abba, whose other goals came from Alan Hutchinson (2) and Chris Tankard.
Hethe's scorers were Chris Webb (2) and Derek Bluett.
