Craig Dean (2), Mark Johnson, Philip Stokes, Tim Ley and Perry Hill netted for Barton.
Oxford Community Church won 4-0 at home to Cavalier, with goals from David Munday, Leon West, Rob Spiers and Nick Lillywhite.
In the Doug Hobbs Cup, North Oxford Res crushed Gladiators' ten men 7-0.
Damien Perks, with two long-range strikes, Adel Fawaz, Neil Hanlon, Andy Hester, Toby Webster and substitute Lois Coldrick did the damage.
Tetsworth won 4-0 at home to East Oxford, with two goals apiece from Craig White and Micky McHale.
Benji Cuff hit a hat-trick as Beckley Sports continue their winning ways with a 4-3 home victory over Nuffield Arms. Carlos Carces grabbed Beckley's winner.
