Oxfam's fair trade warehouse in Bicester has shed more than half its workforce.
The fair trade division, based at Murdock Road, Bicester, has cut 42 jobs following re-organisation of the section.
Staff have until early next year to find new employment.
Oxfam spokesman Lysbeth Holdoway said: "People have been leaving in dribs and drabs, not all of a sudden and all at once. They are going as they find new jobs."
She added that everyone has received help in finding alternative employment and advice on redundancy.
Oxfam's fair trade warehouse has been based at Murdock Road since 1979 and used to employ more than 80 people. That number has been reduced to 40.
The logistics warehouse in Arkwright Road, Bicester, which sends equipment to needy places around the world, employs five people.
