Nigel Emsden could make the squad for Oxford City's home tie with Bashley after scoring in the reserves' 4-0 rout of Berkhamsted on Tuesday.
The midfielder has been out all season with a succession of injuries, including a calf strain.
Mark Druce and David Billington are also back from injury as Paul Lee names a virtually full-strength squad for the first time this season against the Dr Martens League Eastern Division basement boys.
The only absentee is Chris Organ, who is still recovering from facial injuries suffered in a car crash.
"Bashley are not having the best of seasons. But I've had them watched and they don't concede many goals. It will be a difficult game," said Lee, who hopes John Mitchell can add to his 13 goal tally for the season.
Line-up:
Oxford City (v Bashley, home) from: Nelson, Farley, Dark, Smith, Thorp, Fontaine, Woodhouse, Whitehead, Arkins, Mitchell, Wimble, Ferreira, Lewis, Emsden, Wise.
