Oxford University rugby skipper Brett Robinson returns from injury to make his first start of the domestic season against Australia at Iffley Road on Sunday.
The former Wallaby international has been out with damaged ribs since the Dark Blues' tour to Italy in September.
Meanwhile, the world champions have named a largely second string starting line-up for the big game.
But the sell-out crowd will almost certainly get to see the likes of George Gregan, Joe Roff and Wendell Sailor in action as there will be no restrictions on the number of replacements used.
**Oxford Univ: Marsh, Rubie, Robinson, Adlen, Ellerby, FitzGerald, Taberner, Tkachuk, Nicholas, Nwume, Russell, Miall, Sherriff, Bolger, Robinson.
Australia: Latham, Tune, Kefu, Flatley, Staniforth, Edmonds, Whitaker, Young, Cannon, Moore, Bowman, Connors, Cockbain, Waugh, Lyons.
