Fireworks costing more than £3,000 lit up Wallingford during the town's main Guy Fawkes celebration on Saturday.
Hundreds of people turned out to watch rockets start the display in the Kinecroft park.
Town mayor Theresa Jordan then lit the bonfire before a second wave of fireworks rounded off the evening.
The event was organised by Wallingford Round Table to raise funds for Helen House children's hospice, in Oxford. It hopes to have raised more than £2,000.
