Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup
DRAYTON had two players sent off in a spot-kick furore as they crashed to a 5-3 defeat at home to Wantage Town Res in the second round.
The sides were locked together at 3-3, with Ian Beachey (2) and Stephen Munns notching for Drayton, when the referee awarded Wantage a penalty with ten minutes left.
The decision so enraged Drayton that two players were given their marching orders for protesting too much.
East Hendred needed extra-time and penalties to see off AFC Wallingford Res.
Goalless at the end of normal time, Hendred went ahead through Glynn Evans' free-kick. Steve Cuddon and Jonathan Hill made it 3-1, but Wallingford pulled level only to succumb 4-3 in a penalty shoot- out.
**BEN Harrison fired a four-timer as Buckland hammered Harwell International Res 6-0 in the Reading Evening Post Junior Cup first round. Steve Holder and Danny Bradbury completed the rout.
