A former Didcot man has been released on bail after pleading guilty to taking and distributing indecent photos of children.
At Oxford Crown Court yesterday Green, formerly of Stonesfield, Didcot, admitted three charges of making an indecent photograph of a child, four charges of permitting an indecent photograph of a child to be taken, two charges of distributing indecent photographs of a child and one of showing indecent photographs of a child.
Two additional charges of indecent assault and one of gross indecency were dropped. Green was released on bail on condition that no children under 16 are allowed in his home.
Relatives of the children were ordered to leave the court by Judge Mary Jane Mowat to prevent release of Green's new address.
Judge Mowat said: "If any member of the public makes any kind of retaliatory or retributive action against him that is a very serious matter which could land them in court."
He was released on bail until December 3 to allow for reports by the Probation Service.
