Kirtlington enjoyed a rare away victory at Charlton Res in Division 1.
The visitors dominated the first half, with Andrew Jeffs opening the scoring after five minutes. Further goals from Anthony Long and Matthew Giles (2) gave Kirtlington a 4-0 lead at the break.
Charlton came back strongly in the second half, scoring three quick goals, but brave goalkeeping from stand-in Chris Tomlins ensured Kirtlington took away all three points.
