Oxford United's opening game of 2002 against Rushden & Diamonds has been postponed.
The referee called off the game, due to be played at 3pm on January 1, after finding the Northamptonshire side's pitch was frozen and unplayable after an inspection at 12.30pm.
The cold weather has played havoc with the day's sporting fixtures.
Joining the list of Monday's 15 postponements were another nine so far today.
In Division Three, Luton had to call off their match at home to Exeter. That left only the match at Torquay still alive.
Division One lost Bradford at Burnley and Portsmouth's home match against Wimbledon.
After another five postponements in Division Two - including table-toppers Bristol City's fixture at home to QPR - only the matches at Reading and Stoke were still scheduled to go ahead.
Stevenage's home match against Barnet in the Nationwide Conference was due to be broadcast live on Sky television but became one of many non-league matches to be called off.
