Chipping Norton residents are being asked to offer ideas to shape the town's future.
They are being urged to join task groups to investigate issues such as health care, traffic and education.
The town's 2002 Appraisal was launched by the mayor, Cllr Jo Graves, last month and is expected to take a year to complete.
Cllr Graves said: "We want to hear a wide range of ideas and opinions from as many residents as possible about how they see the future of the town. We want to produce realistic solutions to problems like traffic and affordable housing."
Residents can join five task groups. Launch meetings will be held in the town hall at 7.30pm on the following dates: health, Wednesday Jan 9; transport and traffic and learning culture and recreation, Wednesday, January 16; business, commerce and tourism and housing development and law and order, Thursday, January 17.
Details of the appraisal are on display in the post office, The Bookshop and the town's library.
