A multi-million pound expansion is set to take off at a major industrial estate.
Construction of a new phase of units is about to start at Crendon Industrial Park, Long Crendon, near Thame. The work will expand the site by about 25 per cent.
Owners Marlborough Gleeson will spend £4.5m on up to 10 units covering 55,000 sq ft.
They will range from 5,000 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft, and will be available for lease, or sale, once construction is complete in September.
Marlborough Gleeson director Stephen Webster said: "We are confident of filling the new units and are already talking to one party about a 15,000 sq ft unit.
"There are also other existing occupiers looking to expand."
Crendon Industrial Park was established about ten years ago.
It covers 250,000 sq ft, offering a home to 60 tenants in modern and refurbished industrial and office premises.
Further development is planned on the remaining ten acres of the 32 acre site which Mr Webster said would suit larger businesses.
