Les Gillett, the No 7 seed from Chipping Norton, will play England international Simon Skelton in the second round of the World Indoor Singles Bowls Championships in Norfolk.
Skelton yesterday beat Scottish qualifer Alex Hurry 11-2, 6-7 (2-0) in the first round.
