John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield
A hat-trick from David Stevens helped Enstone to a 4-1 win over in-form West Witney in the fourth round.
Stevens put Enstone in front from the spot, only for Ian Stewart to level before half-time.
Almost from the restart Martin Anson put Enstone back in front.
Stevens then struck twice more to ensure Enstone progressed through to the quarter-final.
Holders Brize Norton are also through after a 1-0 win at Hanborough, despite missing several key players.
The only goal of the game came in the first half when Mike Haines fired home from close range after Hanborough's defence failed to clear the danger.
Brize should have scored more but were guilty of missing several excellent chances.
Quarter-final draw: Hailey or Steeple Aston v Milton-u-Wychwood or Barton, Ducklington or Warborough v Sinclair Utd or Minster Lovell, Enstone v Brize Norton, Kingham or Henley YMCA v Barford or Chadlington.
