The Oxford Speedway Supporters Club backed the parent club to the tune of £5,000 last season, all tough voluntary work at the Stadium.
The club raised £12,209.62 from cash draws and the Lifeline Club, and after prize payouts expenses, they gave £5,020 to the Oxford Speedway management, with money in reserve to start off the 2002 campaign.
At their annual general meeting, the committee - Hilary Peasley, Claire Mahon, Cliff Peasley, Eileen Aston, Linda Deboise and Kim Rumble - were all re-elected en bloc, with Barry Deboise joining them.
The club are looking for people to join the Lifeline club, which runs between April and October. The cost is £30 if you pay a one-off lump sum or £35 if paid in £5 monthly instalments.
