An Oxfordshire businessman plans to cycle through India to raise funds for the Leprosy Mission.
Kildare Bourke-Borrowes, of Kidlington-based Data Business, will cycle 350km, staying in leprosy stations, to raise money and awareness about the disease.
He said: "The money I raise will bring solutions to quite a large number of people."
Leprosy Mission cares for about 300,000 lepers, curing them and providing reconstructive surgery. Just £20 can save someone from amputation or blindness.
