Oxford City will be without former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder David Billington for several weeks after he suffered a recurrence of a hamstring injury.
However, Steve Arkins, who last week had a cast removed from his broken hand, is named in City's full-strength squad for their game at Ryman League Division 1 strugglers Bromley.
Manager Paul Lee said: "It's a real blow to lose David because he is a quality player. But we have done well.
"I have said all season that results would start to improve once we got a full squad and that's what has happened.
"We have several games in hand on the clubs around us and we will be looking to move up the table.
"Bromley are near the bottom. We beat them comfortably 2-0 here, but they have improved since then.
"They had a good result last week when they won at Harlow, but they are a side we should beat."
Thame United are without a game.
Abingdon Town parade new signing John McMahon when they travel to Epsom & Ewell in Ryman League Division 3.
Former Oxford City player McMahon, 19, has joined the Culham Road outfit from Hellenic Premier side Carterton Town, for whom he scored 12 goals in 14 appearances.
He goes into the squad, which will be at full-strength. Boss Alan Thorne said: "He's a good finisher and scored a lot of goals for City.
"Although we have been scoring goals for fun in recent weeks, it's always nice to have another striker on board.
"We are at full strength for about the first time this season, so my biggest job is picking the team."
Thorne expects a difficult game at ninth-placed Epsom. He added: "They are quite a physical mid-table side.
"It will be tough, but we have won four out of our last six league games. We are going well in the Vase, and are slowly sorting out our league form."
Banbury United will be without striker Ben Milner for their home clash with derby rivals Rugby United at The Stadium in the Dr Martens League Eastern Division.
The 21-goal frontman is serving a one-match ban for too many bookings. Winger Jody McKay teams up with 15-goal Matty Gooderick.
Banbury hope to welcome back Jon Corbett (illness) and Tony Joyce (thigh) from injury.
Player-boss Kevin Brock said: "Rugby are struggling at the moment, but I think they are in a false position. It will be a very tough game."
