Residents on a new housing estate are up in arms as a major industrial development next door has hit their television reception.
And so far there has been no response from the developers, Thame 40.
Speaking for the residents, Dawn Armitage of Youens Drive said: "When we moved into our homes TV reception was perfect.
"But since the huge industrial units have been put up behind our homes, reception has been very poor. We have tried to get satisfaction from the developers in the form of new aerials but so far nothing has come of it."
A survey on the estate off Thame Park Road showed that 30 per cent of the houses in Jane Morbey Road, Youens Drive and Blackmore Close have been affected.
Mrs Armitage said: :"We are all extremely disappointed that we haven't been able to resolve this in a civilised manner.
"But we will not give up until the issue is resolved to our complete satisfaction."
Simon Harding, an agent for Thame 40, said he had met the residents and discussed the problems with them.
He said: "I have submitted a report to the developers and it is being actively considered."
The estate has been troubled since it was put up two years ago.
Residents said they were not told there was ever to be an industrial development on the former BP Oil depot behind them.
They fought hard with developers and planners to get modifications to the units and to the traffic which would have to use their estate to access the site.
