Budding business tycoons and inventors are being invited to present their ideas to investors at Venturefest 2002, Oxfordshire's international fair for entrepreneurs.
Venturefest is in its fourth year. This year, it will be held at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Chilton, near Didcot, and is likely to beat last year's 1,800 attendance.
As well as a venue for scientists, researchers and inventors to meet potential investors, partners and customers, there will be sessions on starting a business.
The event will also host the Oxford University Business Plan Competition, the Virgin Atlantic Fast Track 100 presentations and the Oxford Trust's Innovation Awards for pupils.
Venturefest will take place on June 24 and 25. For more details, see www.venturefest.com
