Two Oxfordshire pubs are hoping to attract plenty of birds with the launch of a new scheme.
The Trout Inn, Wolvercote, and The Turnpike, Kidlington, are both preparing to entice new guests by taking part in the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds', Big Garden Birdwatch project on Saturday, January 26 and Sunday 27.
The pubs will be installing special bird feeders in their gardens as they look forward to taking part in the country's biggest survey of garden birds.
