A man who went missing from Hull University is believed to be in the Oxford area.
Mandeep Singh Rehlon, 21, disappeared from Hull on Saturday, after he bought a train ticket from Hull's Parragon train station. It is believed he travelled to Oxford by train.
There are fears for Mr Rehlon's welfare because he is diabetic and was last seen in a confused state. It is not believed he has any medication with him.
Mr Rehlon is described as about 5ft 7in tall and of slim build. He has a full beard. He was wearing a black turban, gold-rimmed glasses, a light-coloured jacket, dark-coloured jeans and white trainers.
Anyone with information is asked to call Humberside Police on 01482 578200.
