A brace from Carl Palin helped Division 5 outfit Chequers cause a major upset as they beat Division 1strugglers Masons Arms 4-2 in the fourth round of the League Cup.
Keiran Ellis gave Chequers the lead and a Mark Simms header doubled it before Masons pulled one back.
Palin restored their two-goal advantage but Masons battled back to reduce the deficit. However, Chequers were not to be denied with Palin securing victory with his second, and Chequers' fourth.
Division 2 side North Oxford Conservative FC also got in on the act, defeating Division 1 title contenders Chase Finance 6-2 in their delayed President's Cup tie.
An even opening saw both sides create chances, but it was North that went ahead when Jerome McCalmon pounced on a loose ball to hammer home.
Chase went further behind when a goalmouth clearance found Amin Jamil on the edge of the box and he drilled the ball home.
Despite a stronger start in the second half, Chase could not stop North's Andy Wheeler from scoring a hat-trick, which included an audacious 20-yard chip over Chase keeper Nick Brown.
Chase managed two consolation goals through Rob O'Sullivan as a result of some sloppy midfield defending, both straight from restarts.
Meanwhile, in the only Premier Division game, Six Bells Kidlington broke their league duck, with their first win when they defeated basement boys Oxford Supporters 5-0.
Lee Bolton led the way with a double, while Paul Faulkner, Jon Twiss and Fraser Gills were also on the scoresheet.
Cowley Social eventually got a game and were good value for their 4-1 victory over a spirited Angel Witney.
Goals from Gary Wiggins, Neil Holman, Gary Duckett and Mattie Bowden, who brought the ball down and smashed home from the edge of the box for the goal of the game, saw Cowley take all three points to continue their climb up the table.
Cricketers earned a valuable point with a 1-1 draw at home to Stadhampton in Division 2.
In an end-to-end encounter chances went begging at both ends before Glen Hiles gave Cricketers the lead with a well taken volley only for Michael Green to put through his own net to bring Stadhampton level.
Nelson continue to dominate Division 4 after a 9-2 thrashing of Carrier's Arms, Steve Walsh bagging a hat-trick.
Liam O'Callaghan gave them the lead, before Walsh grabbed his first of the contest, while Delroy Thomas increased Arms' misery to give Nelson a 3-0 lead at the interval.
Nelson's reserve keeper Darren Kinch came on as a second-half outfield substitute to score the fourth, Michaes Herbert notched the fifth with a superb individual effort, Walsh grabbed two for his hat-trick.
Tristan Lawrence netted the eighth and keeper Arran Armstrong came onto the pitch to score his first for the club with a 30-yard lob. Both Arms' goals came from Julian Lambelin, one of which was an excellent 40-yard lob.
