A cancer charity is more than £800 better off thanks to a fireworks event organised by trainee pilots.
Eighteen British Airways-sponsored trainees at the Oxford Air Training School in Kidlington presented a cheque to the Cancer Research Fund, based at the Churchill Hospital, Oxford.
They also gave a voucher for a helicopter flight to Christopher Harrison, 11, of Didcot, who is receiving chemotherapy at the hospital for a brain tumour.
