A project that gives homeless people the chance to get free treatment for their dogs is to be officially launched in Oxford.
Vouchers entitling dog owners to free treatment are available through various agencies in the city.
The National Canine Defence League's scheme, Hope for Oxford, runs the project, which will be launched at St Giles Church Hall, Woodstock Road, on Wednesday at 11.30am.
