Pupils at Harwell County Primary can develop their IT skills, with a £68,000 computer technology suite.
The suite has a server, 16 work stations for 30 pupils, and links a teacher's whiteboard to each computer.
Headmaster Peter Cansell said: "Every class now uses the new ICT suite every week."
The suite was officially opened by Mr Hartley, head of human resources at nearby Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.
He said it was important children were able to keep abreast of computer education and skills, and welcomed the possibility the suite would be available for use in the village.
The costs were met by funding from Government, the school, businesses, community groups, and the parish council.
