Formula 1 stock car racer Jason Holden scored four wins while competing in the Thunderdome Live Action Arena at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham.
The wins helped him to take second place in the NGK Spark Plug indoor series and a top four finish in the Teng Tools challenge trophy.
Holden said: "We made a number of changes to the car over the winter, which proved to be a move in the right direction for the challenge of indoor racing.
"The car felt good indoors and we are pleased with the results."
Holden, 38, from Radley, will be looking for more good results throughout the season, especially the qualifying rounds for the World Championship which start in April.
The championship is held at Coventry in September.
