Harwell reached the final for the first time with a surprise 8-0 victory over Gosford All Blacks.
In the final, they will face Wallingford at Gosford's Stratfield Brake ground on a date to be arranged.
With Gosford currently top of Berks, Bucks and Oxon Division 2, Harwell knew they were going to have their work cut out.
Their pack got the upper hand and set up the position, from which veteran fly half Robert Humphreys landed a penalty goal.
Ten minutes later, Harwell captain Mick Orton picked up from the back of the scrum to set up Scott Roots for yet another try for the in-form winger.
The 8-0 half-time scoreline stayed that way as Gosford were pinned in their own half for the entire second half.
Wallingford reached the final for the second successive year with a repeat of last season's semi-final victory over near neighbours Abingdon.
The 21-11 victory margin slightly flattered Wallingford in a close contest.
At half-time, Wallingford led 7-3, with Xavier Lecocq landing a penalty for Abingdon.
The second half started well for Wallingford, who extended their advantage to 14-3 with a converted try.
But Lecocq kicked a second penalty, and after a Wallingford lock had been sin-binned, Abingdon No 8 Steve Stratton scored a pushover try to close the gap to three points.
However, Abingdon second row Simon Darby was sin-binned in the last five minutes, and Wallingford were able to add a late converted try.
