Children are to be allowed into Bicester's Penny Black pub after a change in company policy.
Bicester magistrates have granted Wetherspoons a children's certificate for the pub in Sheep Street.
Pub manager Sam Roberts said she planned to allow children on the premises until about 7pm.
"I hope to be ready for them by the end of February," she said.
Before children can be admitted, baby changing facilities must be installed, high-chairs bought and a children's menu finalised.
